Quansys Q-Plex Cytokine Multiplex ELISA Arrays

The Quansys Multiplex ELISA known as the Q-Plex™ technology, is a fully quantitative ELISA-based non –contact printed array test where up to 16 distinct capture antibodies from either mouse or human have been deposited to each well of a 96 or 384-well plate in a defined array. Each spot represents a distinct capture antibody population. The user just adds antigen standard and sample to individual wells of the 96-well plate and eventual results can be analyzed by imaging systems.
The Quansys Q-Plex™ Cytokine Multiplex ELISA is more efficient than the traditional kits in terms of time, cost and sample amount as up to 84 different samples can be assayed for all 16 unique cytokines in less than 2.5hrs using only one ELISA test kit with less than 30 µl of sample, compared to the 48hrs traditional kits usually take. Instead of buying 16 individual kits to run the assays, one multiplex array does it all and in turn cuts down overall cost. Current Q-Plex™ Multiplex ELISA products include six human and four mouse cytokine arrays.

Glow-Green Nucleic Acid Buffer

Glow-Green is an environmentally safe, non-EtBr nucleic acid stain used for detecting double-stranded or single stranded DNA, and RNA in agarose gels. This new stain has two fluorescence excitation maxima when bound to nucleic acid, one centered at ~290nm and one at ~490nm.
Application
- Visualization of DNA bands as they separate during agarose gel electrophoresis
- Insolation of DNA fragments for subcloning without introducing mutations normally caused by EtBr or ultraviolet radiation

Other accessory reagents
Assay Designs ImmunoSet products for intracellular analytes are tested with multiple lysis buffers to ensure compatability. Please refer the specific product manual for the recommended lysis buffer (e.g. RIPA Cell Lysis Buffer 2 or Extraction Reagent 1, 5x). Wash Buffer Concentrate is supplied as a large volume 20x formulation for those customers with automated plate washing equipment which requires large volumes of solution.
