Fecturin™ is the ideal reagent for the production of protein in serum free media. It is formulated to work in a variety of media and cell lines including HEK 293, EBNA and CHO cells giving you the flexibility to produce proteins in your desired host system.
Fecturin™ has been tested for the production of protein in both HEK-293 and CHO cells cultivated in different synthetic media following adaptation for suspension culture. Fecturin™ is totally chemically defined and does not contain any component of animal-origin (protein or peptide).
